Although Patricia skipped her swim lessons as a kid in order to
hang out with friends, she embraced swimming as an adult in order
to compete in triathlons. Serendipitously, she fell in love
with the sport of swimming and has swam consistently, with the
exception of a week or two, for the past 20 years. Her swim
training has allowed her to cross the finish line of all levels of
triathlon, including Ironman Canada. She continues to compete
in triathlon and was 2012 USAT Honorable Mention duathlete.
With her Level III ASCA coach certification, Level II USAT
Expert Coach certification, and over 11 years coaching experience,
she brings a deep understanding of adult learners as well as those
who would like to compete at the highest levels.
